We specialise in high-quality 3D printed products manufactured using premium materials.

Due to the nature of the 3D printing process:

  • Minor layer lines or surface variations are normal.

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

  • Product dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

These characteristics are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

  • The product becomes unavailable.

  • Pricing errors occur.

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

If payment has already been taken, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Orders are dispatched within the estimated processing time shown on each product page.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address when placing an order.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our products are intended for their designed purpose only.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and following any instructions provided.

Unless specifically stated, our products are not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to small parts which may present a choking hazard.
